Step 1: The Materials

Large Black Feathers
Small Black Feathers
Black Pipe Cleaners (Chenille or Regular)



Feather Fans

Step 2: Cluster and Wrap

Gather together 4 - 6 feathers at the base. Cut a piece of pipe cleaner - about 4" for the small feathers and about 6" for the larger feathers - wrap around the feathers and secure in the back by twisting the ends together.
